Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 Days a Week (Weekly Off on Sundays)

Job Summary:

Poornima MEP Contracting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team for infrastructure projects involving HT & EHT feeder reconductoring, pole erection, and earth rod installation in the Trivandrum region. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities related to electrical infrastructure works, including reconductoring of HT and EHT feeders, pole erection, and earth rod installation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Monitor and maintain site records, including daily progress reports and attendance.
• Ensure all required materials and equipment are available for site operations.
• Ensure that safety standards and regulations are adhered to by all workers on-site.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Report any issues, delays, or concerns to management and propose effective solutions.
• Provide on-site training and guidance to team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Valid 2-wheeler license (own 2-wheeler is a must).
• Fuel expenses will be covered by the company.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and construction site practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.
