Site Supervisor

LR Interiors is looking for a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site work progress.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure materials are available and work is completed on schedule.
• Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
• Report daily work updates to the project manager.
• Handle minor site issues and provide quick solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
• Prior experience in interior or construction sites preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be willing to travel to project locations within Ernakulam.

Salary:

Based on experience and performance.
