Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards of quality and safety at construction sites. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage labor, materials, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and workforce.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor progress and report daily site updates to the project manager/management.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.

Check and verify materials received on-site with purchase orders and ensure proper usage.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at the site.

Prepare site reports, material consumption records, and maintain project documentation.

Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Supervise site housekeeping and enforce proper work discipline among laborers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
