Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Cadworld is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage.

Maintain daily reports on work progress and site issues.

Enforce safety rules and quality control measures.

Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and management.

Verify measurements and assist with billing documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B tech, iti

1–5 years of site supervision experience

Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD preferred).
