Site supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our ongoing construction and interior projects. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage labour and site progress efficiently.

You will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, quality checking, safety, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per design and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with engineers and contractors.

Manage manpower, materials, and work schedules.

Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications.

Monitor site safety and cleanliness.

Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.

Communicate with clients and management regarding site issues and updates.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building or interior projects.

Good understanding of construction drawings and site measurements.

Ability to handle labour and meet project deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
