Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in design and construction software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Knowledge: Calculate material requirements, take measurements, and ensure accurate execution of construction plans.

2. Documentation: Prepare and maintain weekly schedules, reports, and other documentation to track project progress.

3. Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and execution practices to prevent accident and injuries.

4. Storage: Oversee the storage of materials, ensuring proper handling, security, and inventory management.

5. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Desired Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 3 or more year’s of minimum experience in related field.

Skills:

Effective spoken and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

Proficiency in Design and construction software including AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit (Optional), MS Office.

Excellent Documentation and reporting skills. Strong understanding of Safety and Storage Protocols and practice.

Pay: ₹11,248.18 - ₹31,497.15 per month
