Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with strong experience in finishing work and RCC conventional construction. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of structural and finishing activities.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing.

* Oversee RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and curing.

* Ensure all work follows drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

* Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and minimize wastage.

* Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and documentation.

* Support timely project delivery and adherence to budget.

* Guide and train workers to maintain efficiency and workmanship.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of finishing trades and RCC conventional techniques.

* Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and finishing layouts.

* Experience managing labor, vendors, and site challenges.

* Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).

* Prior experience as a Site Supervisor handling finishing and RCC works is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
