Site Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who can read and follow drawings, ensure execution strictly as per drawings, perform on-site quality checks, verify quantities, and coordinate tightly with the site and contractor teams. Attention to every detail is critical — you’ll be the link between drawings and finished work.

Key responsibilities

• Read, interpret and work from architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
• Supervise and execute fit-out works on site as per approved drawings and shop drawings.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks; produce punch lists and follow-up until closure.
• Verify material quantities and measurements on site; report discrepancies and coordinate with procurement.
• Coordinate and communicate with site teams, subcontractors, vendors and the project manager to resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure all details are checked carefully — joinery tolerances, finish interfaces, fixture locations, service penetrations and clearances.
• Maintain site diaries, progress reports, site measurement logs and as-built notes.
• Enforce site safety, quality control procedures and workmanship standards.
• Assist in setting out, mock-ups and handover inspections.

Required skills & qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Construction/Interior Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ practical site supervision experience in interior fit-outs (commercial, retail, hospitality or residential).
• Strong ability to read & interpret construction and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of finishes, joinery, fixtures, MEP clashes and site execution methods.
• Basic ability to perform quantity checks and take-offs on site.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to lead subcontractors and site crews.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient with mobile reporting tools / email / WhatsApp; basic MS Office skills.
• Valid local driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
