Site Supervisor

Designation : Site Supervisor

Qualification : Diploma

Language Skill : English (Arabic or any other language is an added advantage)

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years site related experience in GCC countries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable shade solutions.

• Prepare, create, and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD / SketchUp, and designs on site photos for client presentation

• Supervise installation, metalwork, and welding teams, ensuring quality and safety.

• Monitor concrete foundation works and proper installation of metal structures.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable design solutions.

• Coordinate with suppliers and fabrication teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Prepare daily reports on project progress and resolve technical or organizational issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in metal works, welding, and shade installation (1 years minimum).

• Strong client communication and sales/consultation skills.

• Proficiency in engineering and design software (AutoCAD / SketchUp / Photoshop or similar).

• Ability to work in outdoor sites and handle various weather conditions.

Salary : QAR 2500 to 2800/- (as per the qualification and experiences) + Other benefits
