Job Vacancy: Site Engineer (Civil) – Consultancy Firm – Dubai

Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)
Gender Requirement: Male
Language Requirement: Arabic Speaker
Level: Junior to Mid-Level
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Mandatory: Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license
Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and consultant standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure proper execution and quality.
• Prepare daily site reports and document progress and technical observations.
• Coordinate with the design team and site staff to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to project quality requirements and HSE regulations at all stages.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in construction projects within Dubai or the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Must own a personal car and have a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
