Site Supervisor

Purpose of role

Supervising overall progress of project taking and perform as a link between the PMC and the Company

Key Responsibilities *

• myone shuttering and bantam shuttering
• Manage the project in coordination with PMC and Contractor
• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and with the management.
• Inspection of the work
• Control and monitor material and equipment expenses.
• Coordination with suppliers of material
• Coordinate with the HO for overall commercial part of the project
• Controlling site office staff and activities
• Desired Skills & Experience
• 6-8 Years’ experience as a Supervisor for new -‐building commercial and residential projects.

• Eye for details
• Courage to highlight the issues to Company
• Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
• Excellent relationship building and team management skills
• Assertive in taking decision
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Upto ₹30,000 - 50,000 per month

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
