We are seeking a Site Supervisor (Civil) with 1 year of experience to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

*Responsibilities:*

- Supervise daily site activities, including laborers and subcontractors

- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards

- Monitor progress, quality, and material usage

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients

- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

- Conduct quality checks and inspections

- Implement safety protocols and procedures

*Requirements:*

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

- 1 year of experience in construction supervision

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team

*Skills:*

- AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction software

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
