Cityway Facilities Management is looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities for maintenance, fit-out, and renovation works. The Site Supervisor will ensure smooth execution of work, workforce supervision, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce performance.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, scope, and timelines.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, site procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (FM or construction background preferred).
• Knowledge of maintenance, MEP, and civil works.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
