Site Supervisor

Job Description:
The Site Supervisor will manage on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. This role involves direct supervision of labor and coordination with engineers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site workforce and daily construction activities
• Ensure work execution follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and site logistics
• Monitor work progress and resolve on-site issues
• Maintain site discipline and safety compliance
• Report daily progress and challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in construction or engineering field
• Proven experience in supervising construction projects in the UAE
• Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
• UAE Valid Driving License is an advantage
