Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Experience on ADNOC or large-scale industrial projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce operations
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management team
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules, ADNOC Life Saving Rules, and site safety standards
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily site briefings
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and work permits
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or safety concerns

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certification in relevant field
• ADNOC project experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of site execution, safety practices, and quality standards
• Ability to lead manpower and coordinate multiple site activities
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• ADNOC Site Induction & H2S certification
• Previous ADNOC approval (added advantage)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 (based on experience)
• Visa, Medical Insurance & other benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
