Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.

Duties

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project success
• Monitor construction progress and quality standards on-site
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction management software such as Autocad
• proficiency in facade exterior and interior works including ACP and glass works.
• Experience in managing projects including pipelines, contracts, and schematics
• Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret project requirements accurately
• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
• Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve issues efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
