We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor – Solar Installation

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee solar PV installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day solar panel, structure, inverter, and cabling installations on site

Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical, and quality standards

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors

Monitor material usage, manpower, and installation progress

Report daily site progress to the project manager

Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical / Energy Engineering or relevant field

1 year of experience in solar PV site supervision

Good understanding of DC/AC systems, earthing, lightning protection, and safety practices

Ability to read drawings and site layouts

Strong communication and team management skills
