Site Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Site supervisor to oversee our construction projects who will be required to monitor on-site activities and report the status to the Construction project manager. He/she should have a watchful eye especially on finishing activities, inspect the progress of day-to-day tasks, ensure workplace safety.

Roles and responsibilities

• Inspect the progress of site activities
• Ensure safety in the workplace, identify and eliminate potential hazards
• Direct site workers on rules and worksite protocols
• Maintain accurate employee attendance
• Regular checking of workplace requirements and ensuring equipment are in proper working condition
• Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
• Reviewing daily works and suggesting improvements
• Handling any site accidents with profound care following the protocols
• Analysing blueprints to make sure the project projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
• Attending on-site meetings and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Malayalam (Required)
