Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications. They coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.

Ensure work is completed as per project plans, specifications, and deadlines.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Resolve any technical or construction-related issues that arise on-site.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.

Monitor site material usage and procurement needs.

Conduct site surveys and measurements when required.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven 2 years experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work in challenging site conditions.

Work Environment:

Mostly on-site at construction locations.

Requires frequent travel between sites, depending on project locations.

May involve working long hours, including weekends, depending on project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
