Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor – Signage is responsible for supervising all on-site signage installation activities, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role includes coordination between the factory, installation team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily signage installation activities including signboards, LED signage, light boxes, 3D letters, boom signs, and wayfinding signs
• Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project timelines
• Coordinate with factory team for fabrication readiness and material delivery
• Manage installers, electricians, and helpers on site
• Ensure proper alignment, levelling, fixing, and finishing of signage
• Verify electrical connections, LED lighting functionality, and safety compliance
• Coordinate access permits, work permits, and site approvals with clients or authorities
• Monitor site progress and report updates, delays, or issues to the Project Manager
• Handle site inspections, snag lists, and rectification work
• Ensure tools, equipment, and lifting arrangements (scaffolding, boom lift, crane) are safe and certified
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and work completion reports Quality & Safety Responsibilities
• Ensure all works meet company quality standards and client requirements

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with clients, mall management, building management, and consultants
• Coordinate with electricians for power connections and testing
• Support handover and client sign-off after completion
• Conduct pre-installation checks and post-installation inspections
• Enforce HSE rules, PPE usage, and toolbox talks
• Report accidents, damages, or near-miss incidents immediately Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil field (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of signage materials, LED systems, and installation methods

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Site-based role across multiple locations
• May require night shifts, weekend work, or mall after-hours installations
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in signage installation or related field
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of UAE site safety regulations
• Physically fit to handle site supervision duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
