Job Description:

Responsible for the direct supervision of waterproofing works at project sites, ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all waterproofing works (roofs, water tanks, bathrooms, foundations, etc.).
• Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Supervise technicians and workers and assign daily tasks according to the work plan.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other contractors on-site.
• Inspect waterproofing materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Prepare periodic reports on work progress and technical observations.
• Resolve technical issues arising during execution and escalate to management when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and timely completion of works.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience supervising waterproofing works.
• Good knowledge of various waterproofing systems and materials.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and across multiple sites.
• High level of commitment and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,900.00 per month
