Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Coordinator in the complete renovation and maintenance of an existing rice mill. The role involves on-site supervision of electrical, mechanical, and structural works, ensuring daily activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements.

The ideal candidate will be practical, site-oriented, and experienced in coordinating workers and contractors in an industrial or construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Coordinator in day-to-day site supervision and coordination
• Supervise electrical, mechanical, and structural works at site
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are executed as per plan
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and labor teams
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment
• Check work quality and report issues or deviations immediately
• Enforce site safety practices and housekeeping standards
• Maintain daily site logs and work progress records
• Support installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities
• Assist in resolving site-level technical and operational issues

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Trade Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or structural (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in industrial sites, plant maintenance, or construction projects
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and civil works
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Willingness to work full-time on-site

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in rice mills, food processing plants, or industrial facilities
• Knowledge of machinery erection, cabling, fabrication, and civil finishing works
• Familiarity with safety procedures and industrial work practices
