Site Supervisor

We are a Architecture and interiors firm in Gururgram hiring a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure project timelines, and maintain safety standards. This role is perfect for an experienced professional ready to lead teams and deliver quality results on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities, coordinate workers, and ensure work aligns with blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor progress, manage materials, equipment, and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and report hazards or quality issues to management.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, clients, and resolve on-site problems efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs, prepare progress reports, and handle basic documentation like work permits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 3-5+ years in site supervision or construction foreman roles.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, safety regulations (e.g., ISO, labor laws), and basic MS Office/Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication skills in English & Hindi, problem-solving, and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
• Physical fitness, valid supervisory certifications preferred (e.g., safety training).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
