Job Description

• Supervise daily aluminium façade and glass installation works, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and liaise with project stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, or delay, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and productivity.
• Maintain site records, manage resources efficiently, conduct safety briefings, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in aluminum façade and glass installation projects, with expertise in cladding systems and curtain walls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams on construction sites, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Solid understanding of safety standards, building codes, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
