Site Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision

• Supervise installation of aluminium works such as:
• ACP cladding
• Curtain wall systems
• Aluminium doors & windows
• Louvers and façade elements
• Supervise structural and architectural steel installation works.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings and method statements.

Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Project engineers
• Main contractors
• Consultants
• Fabrication teams
• Arrange manpower, tools, and materials as per site requirements.
• Report site progress daily to the Project Engineer.

Quality Control

• Ensure installation meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Check alignment, levels, fixing details, and finishing.
• Raise inspections (IR/MIR/WIR) as required.

Safety Compliance

• Ensure all workers follow site safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks regularly.
• Monitor use of PPE and safe working practices ⚠

Material Handling

• Verify delivered materials against approved materials.
• Coordinate material movement from storage to installation areas.
• Prevent material damage and wastage.

Progress Monitoring

• Track daily productivity and installation progress.
• Report delays and suggest corrective actions.
• Support achieving project milestones on schedule

Required Skills

• Ability to read shop drawings and structural drawings
• Knowledge of aluminium façade systems and steel erection works
• Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
• Familiarity with site inspection procedures
• Basic understanding of QA/QC requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Civil, or related field
• 3–8 years experience in aluminium & steel contracting projects
• GCC/UAE site experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple site activities independently

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience in façade and ACP installation projects
• Knowledge of access equipment (scaffolding, boom lift)
• Basic reporting using Excel or site documentation formats
