Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor safety, quality, and project timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and teams.
Report site progress to management.

Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3+ years in construction or steel fabrication.
Skills: Strong knowledge of site operations, ability to read drawings, and excellent problem-solving skills.
