SITE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a competent Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure smooth coordination, and maintain effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per drawings and schedule

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers

Ensure proper usage and handling of materials

Maintain material records and track consumption

Communicate regularly with clients on progress and updates

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

Prepare and submit daily progress reports

Ensure quality control and timely completion of work

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor

Strong knowledge of materials and execution methods

Good team management and coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read drawings and technical specifications

Basic knowledge of safety regulations

Diploma in Any Engineering

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Salary :AED 2,000 – 5,000
