Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor for an Interior Fit-Out & Joinery company to manage and supervise ongoing projects .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out and joinery works
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure high finishing standards
• Manage site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, joinery installation, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple site activities independently
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
