Site Supervisor

Abacus Digital is looking to hire an experienced Site Supervisor in the Tampa, FL Area (Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete) to install fiber optic cabling for MDU / SFU neighborhoods.

Work Required:

- Managing a site of 3-9 crew members.

- Keeping track of underground (bore / trench) footages and units placed on-site.

- Completing Start & End of Day checklists.

- Distributing work for both Bore & Drop Installation Crews.

- Placing & installing HUBs / FDHs.

- Assisting with Handhole / Hub / Toby Boxes & fiber placement.

- Checking prints / BOM for material and arranging material pick-up / drop-off.

- Being able to Close Out jobs in a timely manner.

Previous experience with Hexatronic conduit is a plus.

Previous experience with PDF / Excel is a plus.

Company supplies vehicle, materials, trailer, & tools.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with On-Site Supervision / Management.
- Ability to work outside on a daily basis.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Pay is $1,800 per week paid weekly on Friday the following week.

The work is available immediately with increasing number of sites available as the year progresses.
