Job Title: Site Supervisor – Heavy Equipment Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee heavy equipment operations at project sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of QatarEnergy site rules and regulations, equipment coordination, operator management, and maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily heavy equipment operations on site.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy and client HSE requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor operators, drivers, and equipment deployment.
• Liaise with clients, site representatives, and project teams.
• Plan and schedule equipment movements and site activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and utilization.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all equipment inspections, certifications, and documentation are up to date.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in heavy equipment operations.
• Strong knowledge of QatarEnergy site procedures, permits, and safety regulations.
• Experience in coordinating operators, drivers, and heavy equipment fleets.
• Good understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
