Site Supervisor ( Agricultural )

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at agricultural and environmental project sites. The candidate should have strong field supervision skills and previous experience managing teams on agricultural, landscaping, or construction-related sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities including planting, irrigation, soil works, and maintenance tasks.
• Lead and manage labor teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and site progress to maintain quality and schedule.
• Report daily progress, site needs, and challenges to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards on site.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement for timely material supply.
• Support project setup, mobilization, and site closure activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supervising fieldwork for agricultural, landscaping, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site operations, labor management, and practical problem-solving.
• Ability to read and follow basic work plans or supervisor instructions.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
