Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:1. Supervision of Curing Activities:

• Monitor and ensure timely curing of all structural elements – slabs, walls, columns, lift cores, etc.
• Follow curing schedules for each floor as per structural casting cycle.
• Assign and guide curing labour teams for water ponding, gunny bag covering, or chemical curing methods.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure proper curing duration is maintained to avoid cracks, shrinkage, or surface defects.
• Avoid overexposure of fresh concrete to sun or wind without initial curing.

3. Coordination:

• Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC team to plan curing immediately after de-shuttering.
• Maintain curing schedules floor-wise and notify teams of any delays or rework required.

4. Safety & Site Hygiene:

• Ensure safe practices during water curing activities on high-rise structures.
• Maintain cleanliness and avoid water spillage on walkways or electrical panels.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily curing logs for each floor and element (slab/wall/column).
• Submit curing status reports to site engineers for inspection and records.
• Assist in closure of QA/QC checklists related to curing compliance.

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of curing methods in Mivan construction.
• Ability to manage curing teams and understand concrete behavior.
• Basic understanding of structural sequence and safety norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
