Site Supervisor - Civil

Feroz Engineering & Construction is hiring a qualified Civil Supervisor to manage site execution of construction and renovation projects. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong command over BOQs, technical drawings, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works as per architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, BBS, IPCs, and quantity estimates for billing and procurement.
• Execute site layouts including structural, architectural, and MEP elements.
• Manage labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain daily site reports.
• Coordinate closely with the head office and project teams for progress tracking.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of civil construction or renovation site supervision

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings
• Preference: Candidates with experience in tender-based projects will be prioritized
• Location: Must be willing to commute or relocate to Islamabad

Salary Package:

• PKR 45,000 – 55,000/month (based on experience)
