Site Supervisor (Civil)

Project Management & Oversight

• Site Operations: Oversees the daily activities of interior construction, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Quality Control: Conducts site inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Timeline & Budget: Manages the project schedule and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Reads and interprets blueprints and design plans to guide construction activities.

Coordination & Communication

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaises with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to understand requirements and coordinate activities.
• Team Management: Supervises and coordinates various trades, such as carpentry, drywall installation, and painting.
• Reporting: Communicates project progress, issues, and delays to management and other key stakeholders.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
