Site Supervisor (Civil)

• Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities on the site
• Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment
• Completing records for site reports and ensuring proper maintenance of an accurate record of construction labour attendance
• Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures
• Average number of problems faced on site and resolved on time
• Attending site management meetings
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
• Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level
• Organizing and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector
• Providing emergency first aid if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
