Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site activities related to store construction, renovations, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities related to store construction, remodelling, or maintenance.

Monitor the work of contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper use and maintenance.

Act as the primary point of contact between project managers and on-site workers.

Prepare daily progress reports, updates, and ensure timely documentation.

Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment.

Ensure safety measures are followed on-site and address any violations immediately.

Coordinate with interior designers, electricians, HVAC, and other specialists as required.

Assist in project planning and provide feedback for improving operational efficiency.

Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing store operations during site work.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience (2+ years) as a site supervisor in retail fit-outs, construction, or facility management.

Strong understanding of construction procedures, site safety, and interior works.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with local construction laws, codes, and safety regulations.

Willingness to travel across store locations or project sites.

Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury retail environments or jewellery store setups.

Knowledge of vendor management and local supplier coordination.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, project tracking tools).

Ability to manage timelines under pressure and ensure zero defect delivery.
