Site Supervisor (Civil)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 6+ years of supervision experience in Real Estate / Construction
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labour to maintain a smooth workflow at the site.
• Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and maintain daily site records.
• Ensure safety measures and compliance are followed at the construction site.
• Assist in the measurement of work, prepare daily progress reports, and update seniors.
• Check workmanship, maintain site cleanliness, and report any issues or delays.
• Support in managing labour attendance, deployment, and discipline.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic civil works in real estate/township projects.
• Ability to read basic drawings and handle site-level coordination.
• Good communication and leadership skills for managing labour teams.
• Should be disciplined, punctual, and able to handle on-ground challenges.
