Site Supervisor (Civil)

Candidates having Degree/diploma in civil engineering having minimum 2 yrs experience in civil construction.

Job Description

• Site supervision
• Handle projects, across sites.
• Adhere project plan and timelines.
• Identify potential risks and delays and mitigate them.
• Manage contractors and ensure quality & timely delivery.
• Provide technical and process guidance to technicians & contract employees.
• Develop checklists for each activity, monitor progress and record.
• Supervising, Arranging and attending Progress meeting and recording minutes.
• Preparing project assignment, preparing action plan
• Leading and guiding the towards successful completion of assignment in an agreed schedule.
• Attending Project Assignment Meeting and Inter Coordination Meeting, raising queries/ clarifications whenever required.
• Prepare Cost estimate, Tender / Contract Documents, Bill of Quantities, Tender Analysis and Report etc.
• Prepare Project- Life- Cycle- Costing, Budgeting Estimate, Pre-Tender Estimate etc.
• Co-coordinating with Design Team to prepare value. Engineering report/ Analysis.
• Meets the Functional Objectives of the Design & development Department.
• Prepares Project Plan, supervises, manages & monitors work and team members, gives clear direction to site, members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan.
