Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our high-rise residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site coordination, labour management, and quality monitoring. The role requires regular travel between sites; hence a two-wheeler is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain site records such as material receipts, labour attendance, and progress reports.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship, and report any deviations immediately.
• Ensure safety measures are followed at all times on site.
• Assist the project engineer/manager with site measurements and documentation.
• Follow up on material requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for on-site delivery and coordination.
• Provide daily updates and progress reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-rise residential construction.
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant trade preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read basic drawings (architectural/structural).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle labour teams effectively.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, photo documentation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
