Site Supervisor (Civil)

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations for decorative concrete works, including micro topping, polished concrete, stamped concrete, and other specialty flooring systems. The role ensures project quality, timely completion, material control, and coordination with clients and the project team.

Key Responsibilities.

• Serve as the main point of contact at the site for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide daily updates, progress reports, and address site-related concerns.
• Assist in explaining technical processes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Supervise daily activities of installation teams working on decorative concrete flooring.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to technicians, masons, and helpers.
• Ensure that all works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of each stage of work.
• Verify that correct materials, mix ratios, tools, and techniques are used.
• Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of materials on site.
• Maintain inventory of materials and prevent wastage.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in working condition.
• Implement and enforce site safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team.
• Ensure all activities follow company safety standards and legal requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, progress photos, and issue logs.
• Track material consumption and manpower productivity.
• Report delays, variations, or site issues to management.
• Conduct quality checks at every stage to maintain high standards.
• Train and guide workers on proper decorative flooring techniques.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain good discipline among team members.
• Motivate the workforce to maintain good work ethics and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
