Site Supervisor – Civil

Provide efficient and effective site supervision, in addition to observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure adherence to the set instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the set goals.
• Manage the site team members and ensure that they complete their tasks on time and within the set budget.
• Conduct regular quality, safety and security checks of all sites.
• Develop the project plans and programs, which include a detailed timetable for the implementation of the required resources in line with the overall objectives.
• Determine the project needs such as materials, equipment and labor in accordance with the planned project timeline.
• Provide an element of cost, safety and build ability advice on proposed maintenance.
• Provide guidance to all subordinates to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role.
• Order materials and services, maintain records and control stock.
• Coordinate with site team members and resolve any possible issues arising.
• Prepare and submit progress and updates reports to the direct manager regularly.

Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related field

Training and Certifications: Any related training

Languages: English, Hindi, Simhala, Ethiopia, Burundi)
