SITE SUPERVISOR (Civil / Architecture)

Position: Site Supervisor
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil / architectural engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years in residential villa construction
Specialization: Building Construction and Building Fit-out
License: Valid Qatar Driving License

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing construction and fit-out activities effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage site activities independently and meet project deadlines

Salary & Benefits:

• Total monthly salary package ranging from QAR 8,000 to QAR 11,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
