Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate should ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage and coordinate site labor, subcontractors, and materials
• Monitor work progress and report to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are strictly followed
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum [2] years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil works
• Good knowledge of RCC, finishing, and general civil construction
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site
• Immediate joiner required
• Valid 18 Normal Visa
• Nationality: Arab only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
