Site Supervisor – Civil Construction

looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support day-to-day execution of civil works in ongoing building and government projects. The candidate will assist site engineers in supervising construction activities and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensuring execution as per approved drawings and instructions.
• Monitoring workmanship and quality of civil works.
• Coordination with subcontractors and labour teams.
• Assisting in material management and site planning.
• Reporting daily progress to Site Engineer / Project Engineer.
• Ensuring safety practices are followed at site.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in government / institutional projects preferred.
• Ability to handle site labour and subcontractors.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Good coordination and site management skills.
• Ability to work independently at site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
