Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor -Civil Engineer- (VILLA Projects) to oversee day-to-day site operations for villa construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, and maintaining smooth project progress from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site activities for villa and interior fit-out projects
• Monitor workforce performance and enforce safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
• Review drawings, plans, and ensure proper site execution
• Report daily progress and highlight challenges
• Ensure efficient use of materials and resources
• Resolve site issues to avoid delays

Requirements

• 1–2 years UAE experience in VILLA projects & interior fit-outs
• Civil Engineering background (required)
• Currently in UAE & willing to join immediately
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
