Site Supervisor – Civil & Interior Designing

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in civil construction and interior designing projects to oversee day-to-day site operations across Pan India. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of projects, maintain quality standards, and coordinate between clients, contractors, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for civil and interior projects.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on site.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management.
• Manage material requirements, inventory, and site measurements.
• Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure proper implementation of interior designs, layouts, and finishes.
• Willing to travel Pan India for site supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in civil & interior designing field.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing details.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting is a plus.
• Must be open to frequent travel across India.
