Site Supervisor – Cold Storage Installation (Temporary Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the contractor’s activities during cold storage installation.
• Ensure all work is executed as per company specifications, quality standards, and agreed scope.
• Coordinate between the company and the contractor to clarify requirements and resolve issues on-site.
• Track daily progress of installation and maintain proper site records.
• Report to management on site activities, deviations, and concerns.
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained by all personnel.
• Provide on-ground support to ensure project timelines are met.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent hands-on site experience.
• Prior experience in supervising industrial/commercial installation projects (cold storage/refrigeration experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting specifications/drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with contractors and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to be stationed full-time at the client site for the project duration.

Contract Terms:

• Temporary role, valid for the duration of the installation project
• Payment at the conclusion of the work

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
