Site Supervisor (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities (civil, structural, finishing, MEP).
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Enforce site safety rules and report hazards.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with inspections (IR/MIR).
• Communicate project updates to engineers and project managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in villa and high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
