Site Supervisor - Construction

To supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site, coordinate between contractors, labor, vendors, and the project team, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution

• Supervise all civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Maintain quality standards and rectify defects immediately

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, architects, and consultants
• Act as a link between site team and head office/project management
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure availability as per work schedule
• Manage and guide site labor and skilled workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
