Site Supervisor - Construction

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor - Construction to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Oversee daily field operations on active construction sites. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth field coordination
• Complete accurate and timely daily reports
• Manage and track project schedules, including coordination with in-house teams and subcontractors
• Generate, review, and manage RFIs and submittals
• Lead owner walks and handle punch list execution
• Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
• Monitor quality control and identify issues proactively
• Conduct and participate in plan reviews and redline markups
• Interface with trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure scope alignment
• Problem-solve on site, adapting to unforeseen challenges
• Maintain strong site organization and documentation
• Travel as needed and be willing to work full-time on active job sites. (PHR to provide housing)
• Navigate multi-level job sites including frequent stair use
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc.)
• Apply general construction knowledge to support field execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or site management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with on-site decision-making and coordination
• Working knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and safety practices
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
